Hexa-Layer Construction

Every layer in MiracleCoat PPF is engineered to work in harmony—delivering ultra clarity, long-term UV stability, and installer-friendly handling from first pull to final squeegee.

Every layer is engineered for the sun—blocking 99% of UV and resisting yellowing to keep your PPF CLEAR.

  • Protective Capsheet - Ensures the film stays protected during transportation.
  • Nano-Ceramic Hydrophobic Layer - A ceramic-infused topcoat that creates an ultra-slick surface. Water and grime bead off, washes are faster, and stains from bugs/bird droppings wipe away with less effort.
  • Advanced Self-Healing Layer - A responsive urethane matrix that softens with heat (sunlight or warm water), reducing scratches, swirls, and light marring to keep the finish looking freshly applied.
  • Thermoplastic Polyurethane (TPU) - Optically clear, aliphatic TPU balances high impact absorption with excellent elongation and minimal pull back.
  • Adhesive Layer - Crystal-clear, UV-stable adhesive with medium-high initial tack and strong edge seal. Easily slides when wet for positioning; grabs confidently when it’s time to set, and allows lifting to reposition with the proper technique.
  • Backing Liner - A precision release liner that keeps the adhesive pristine and film plotter-friendly until you’re ready to install.
